I respect the democratic institutions and traditions of the United States. To defend Freedom, and Democracy, and to secure Peace, and Justice in the occupied Land of Tibet, I had voluntarily served in a military organization known in India as Special Frontier Force, or Establishment Number. 22. It represents a military alliance/pact between the United States, India, and Tibet. Unfortunately, this reputable military organization remains under the shroud of secrecy, a legacy of Cold War era. My belief in Democracy, and my commitment to defend human rights is associated with unconditional adherence to the principles of transparency and accountability in governance.

Whole Dude-Whole Representative: Harry S Truman, 33rd President of the US(1949-1952) had formulated the US foreign policy during the Cold War era. He created the North Atlantic Treaty Organization during 1949 to contain the threat of Communism using military force.

The funding for this multi-million dollar military organization was provided by the US Congress and the elected representatives of the US people. Representative John Dingell has the unique distinction of extending this support since 1957.

This military organization known in India as Special Frontier Force still exists now because of the support and encouragement given by the people of the United States and because of the actions taken by their elected representatives. Representative John Dingell of Michigan must be thanked for giving his support and encouragement to the people of Tibet in their struggle against oppression by Communist China. I want to sincerely thank the people of Michigan for electing John Dingell as their Representative for 29 consecutive terms since 1955.
